Yoga classes
— Group classes
Group classes take place in community spaces and are offered on a block-booking basis. Block bookings mean you can reap the rewards of a consistent practice, forming helpful patterns for movement, breath and thought. Where there is space available I am able to offer pay as you go (PAYG) spaces for anyone who finds it difficult committing to a course.
Classes combine ancient methods including Haṭha Yoga, the Yoga Sutras of Patañjali and Prānāyāma (breathing exercises) as well as creative applications and contemporary thought towards posture, breath-work, meditation and relaxation to form an embodied practice to help inspire your daily life.
— What you will need to bring
Please remember to bring your own mat! You may also find it useful to have other props available such as a cushion and blanket, bolster or block. If you don’t have a yoga mat please contact me in advance and I will provide a clean one for your use.
Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason! All course and class bookings operate on a no-refund policy.
